1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Redcore Systems LLC, doing business as OKCardSelect (collectively, "OKCardSelect," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use okcardselect.com or the OKCardSelect iPhone application, create an account, purchase or manage a subscription, upload images, or use our sports-card identification and evaluation tools (the "Services").

By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide. We may collect your name, email address, account credentials, communications, support requests, subscription selections, and other information you choose to submit.

Card content. We may collect photographs or scans of cards, card descriptions, player names, years, manufacturers, set information, condition observations, search terms, and evaluation history submitted through the Services.

Payment information. Website subscriptions are processed by PayPal and iPhone subscriptions are processed by Apple. We receive transaction or original-transaction identifiers, product identifiers, subscription status and dates, and limited account or billing details needed to provide access. We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers, CVV values, Apple ID passwords, or PayPal passwords.

Technical and usage information. We may automatically collect IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referral pages, dates and times of access, pages viewed, feature usage, error logs, cookie identifiers, and similar diagnostic or analytics information.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services; create and authenticate accounts; process and administer subscriptions; identify cards and generate informational evaluations; enforce usage limits; respond to requests; prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; troubleshoot errors; comply with law; and communicate service, account, billing, policy, and promotional information where permitted.

We may use card images and related inputs to perform the requested analysis and improve service quality. We will not claim ownership of your card images merely because you upload them.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, session tokens, pixels, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, measure traffic, maintain security, and understand use of the Services. Browser settings may allow you to restrict cookies, but disabling necessary technologies may prevent portions of the Services from functioning.

5. How We Disclose Information

We disclose information as needed to service providers supporting hosting, email, security, Apple and PayPal subscription processing, Ximilar card-image analysis, and connected market-data providers. We may also disclose information to professional advisers; in connection with a merger, financing, sale, or transfer of business assets; to protect rights, safety, property, and service integrity; or when required by law, court order, or lawful government request.

The Services may consult or link to third-party sources, including marketplaces, pricing sources, and payment services. Those parties operate under their own privacy policies. OK Card Select is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by eBay or other third-party marketplaces unless expressly stated. We do not sell personal information for money.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect security, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. We may delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using a strong, unique password and protecting access to your account and devices.

8. Your Choices and Requests

You may update certain account information through available account settings and may unsubscribe from promotional email using the instructions provided. Transactional, billing, security, and service messages may still be sent. You can initiate account deletion from the application or account controls; the public process is described at okcardselect.com/account-deletion. You may also request access or correction by emailing admin@okcardselect.com. We may verify your identity and may retain limited records where permitted or required by law.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.

9. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it. Users under the age of legal majority should use the Services only with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

10. United States Processing

OK Card Select operates in the United States. If you access the Services from another country, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, account, or email when appropriate. Continued use after the effective date of an updated policy constitutes acknowledgment of the revised policy.
