TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Redcore Systems LLC, doing business as OK Card Select ("OK Card Select," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of okcardselect.com and its accounts, subscriptions, uploads, card identification, search, evaluation, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract, or use the Services with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at admin@okcardselect.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Accounts and subscriptions are personal to the registered user unless a business or multi-user plan expressly permits sharing. We may require verification or refuse, suspend, or close accounts associated with fraud, abuse, chargebacks, security risks, or violations of these Terms.

3. Nature of the Service

OK Card Select provides technology-assisted, informational card identification, market research, and evaluation tools. Results may use user submissions, automated analysis, historical sales, listings, third-party sources, and other available data. Results are estimates and may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or affected by card condition, authenticity, grading, scarcity, market changes, image quality, and seller or buyer behavior.

OK Card Select does not provide professional appraisal, authentication, grading, investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. An evaluation is not a guarantee of authenticity, grade, sale price, marketability, or future value. You are responsible for inspecting cards, confirming material facts, and deciding whether to buy, sell, grade, insure, or otherwise act.

4. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

Certain features require a subscription. Website subscriptions are processed by PayPal and subscriptions purchased in the iPhone application are processed by Apple. The weekly plan includes a seven-day free trial for eligible new subscribers with 10 total trial evaluations and then renews at $5.99 per week with 75 evaluations per paid weekly period unless canceled. The monthly plan is $24.99 per month with 350 evaluations per monthly period. The annual plan is $199.99 per year with 2,000 evaluations resetting monthly. Unused evaluations expire at the end of the applicable allowance period. Taxes may apply.

Unless clearly stated otherwise at enrollment, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. A free or discounted trial may convert automatically to the paid plan identified at enrollment unless canceled before the trial ends. You are responsible for canceling in time to avoid the next charge.

Apple subscriptions may be canceled or managed through Apple's subscription controls; website subscriptions may be canceled through the available account or PayPal controls. Cancellation stops future renewals but ordinarily does not create a refund for amounts already charged, and access may continue through the paid period. Fees are nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly promised in writing.

5. Usage Limits and Credits

Plans may include limits on evaluations, uploads, searches, storage, or other features. The method and timing for counting usage are shown in the applicable plan or interface. Unused allowances expire at the end of the applicable period unless expressly stated otherwise and have no cash value. You may not evade limits by creating multiple accounts, automating requests, sharing credentials, or manipulating the Services.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of photographs, scans, descriptions, and other content you submit ("User Content"). You grant OK Card Select a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, and display User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services and provide results to you.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit User Content and that it does not violate law, privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or contractual rights. Do not upload government identifiers, financial account data, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not: use the Services unlawfully or fraudulently; upload malware or harmful code; probe, scan, disrupt, or bypass security; scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated access without written permission; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where law prohibits restriction; impersonate others; infringe rights; submit deceptive or illegal content; resell or commercially exploit the Services except under an authorized plan; use results to manipulate markets or misrepresent authenticity, grade, or value; or use third-party data in violation of applicable terms or law.

8. Third-Party Services and Data

The Services may rely on or link to third-party payment processors, marketplaces, data sources, websites, APIs, or tools. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, content, security, policies, or actions. Third-party prices and listings may include asking prices rather than completed sales and may be delayed, duplicated, manipulated, or incorrectly categorized.

References to company or product names identify sources or compatibility only. OK Card Select is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by eBay, PayPal, card manufacturers, grading companies, marketplaces, or other third parties unless expressly stated.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, site design, branding, databases, compilations, text, graphics, and other materials supplied by OK Card Select, are owned by Redcore Systems LLC or its licensors and protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred.

10. Service Changes, Availability, and Termination

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, sources, plans, or the Services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or continued availability of any third-party data source. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, nonpayment, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnity, and dispute provisions, will survive.

11. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL RESULTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." REDCORE SYSTEMS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT A CARD IS AUTHENTIC, THAT A CONDITION OR GRADE IS CORRECT, OR THAT A CARD WILL SELL FOR ANY STATED OR ESTIMATED AMOUNT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDCORE SYSTEMS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY; OR LOSSES ARISING FROM PURCHASES, SALES, GRADING, AUTHENTICATION, SHIPPING, MARKET CHANGES, THIRD-PARTY DATA, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCOUNT ACCESS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO OK CARD SELECT DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Redcore Systems LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your User Content, misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person's rights.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you and OK Card Select agree to make a good-faith effort for at least 30 days to resolve the dispute informally by written notice. Notices to us must be sent to admin@okcardselect.com and describe the claim and requested resolution.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any court proceeding arising from these Terms or the Services must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction over Cleveland County, Oklahoma, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue there. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking appropriate relief in small-claims court or urgent injunctive relief.

15. General Terms

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning the Services except for additional terms presented for a specific plan or feature. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, or transfer of the business or Services. Section headings are for convenience only.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, account, or email. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and cancel any renewal.
